In the client/server relationship it is not just the hardware specifications of the two communicating devices that affect the Quality of Service, but also the protocols used, the transports available and the add-on services rerquired (such as authentication, encryption, firewalling etc).
The management of these services at e-Formation Limited is kept inhouse for security and privacy reasons, this way our clients' data is always protected from unauthorised access from development to deployment. Any sub-contracting required to be performed is strictly done through trusted organisations and Partners, and is subject to regular review.
Occasionally extensive collaboration with remote LAN administrators is necessary to ensure that all the requirements are able to be met for the deployment of certain web based applications. For this reason we also extend our credit terms to clients with a flat 10% markup on Goods purchased by us through our wholesalers.
